- Urgent Care Save My Spot: The "Save My Spot" feature allows patients to reserve a spot in line at an urgent care facility, minimizing waiting time upon arrival. However, it is important to note that the urgency of clinical needs may affect the reserved spot's priority. Walk-in visits are also accommodated during business hours, even if all the reservation slots are taken for the day.
